Voice AI invoice worksheet

Enter what your voice invoices billed over one 30-day period and your connected minutes for the same days. The worksheet adds them up into an all-in cost per connected minute and shows what share each line takes. It's the first step of the Voice Cost Audit, which then prices three ways to lower that number.

USER-ENTERED Your invoice figures, our arithmetic. The worksheet only adds and divides what you enter: it doesn't check your invoices or look anything up. Use one 30-day period for every line and for the minutes. It is all-in only if you enter every voice charge for the same 30 days. Changing the currency changes the symbol, not the amounts. The example is the synthetic account from our audit walkthrough, not a client.

The worksheet runs in your browser. Nothing you type leaves it.

01 The arithmetic

How it's calculated

Every amount you enter is added up, and the total is divided by your connected minutes. Each line's figure per minute is that line divided by the same minutes, and its share is its part of the total. Amounts are shown to the cent and per-minute figures to four decimal places.

02 Limits

What it doesn't do

It takes each amount as billed. It doesn't match a line with what it bills on (seconds, tokens, characters or rounded minutes), check that the periods line up, or split out silence, rounding and retries. The audit does that from your invoices and call logs, as in step 2 of the walkthrough. A worksheet total isn't a savings estimate.

Run it on your own invoices

The Voice Cost Audit does this with your last 30 days of invoices and your calls.
