Privacy policy

Effective 5 October 2026

This policy covers the ILLATE website and the services we provide to clients. ILLATE is run by Poojith Devan from New Delhi, India. Contact: poojith@illate.dev.

The website

The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, for a limited period. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them.

The demo sends the text you type to our model endpoint to classify it. We don't store demo text beyond short-lived operational logs, so please don't type personal information into it.

When you email us

We keep your name, email address and what you tell us so we can reply and, if you become a client, run the engagement. We don't sell or share it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Client data

Data you send for a parity check or migration is handled under our agreement with you and our security commitments. It is used only to build and test your model and is deleted within 30 days of the engagement ending, unless you ask us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing poojith@illate.dev. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, the CCPA or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and can complain to your local regulator.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date above. Material changes affecting clients are also sent by email.
